- Sunday on a rota’d basis.

• Demonstrate to our customers that you care, and you are here to help them.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and Live chat, providing solutions and putting the customer in the right place.
• Using the training and support provided to give high quality responses on social media and review platforms.
• Communicating clearly and confidently with your team.
• Following health & safety procedures at all times.
• Making a difference every day to the customer experience.
