Bedford-based client is seeking temporary staff for the Customer Services Complaints Department with immediate start. The role offers an hourly rate of £14.65 and a clear path from training to paid overtime. You will join a team focused on patient, empathetic support for sensitive customer situations.
The position runs for an initial 6 weeks with potential extension; training is three days and fully paid. Working hours are 9am–5pm with overtime available after training.
