- Oversee two practices within 10 minutes of each other
- Lead on HR, team performance, recruitment and operational standards
- Dental nursing skills a bonus but not essential

About the Practice:
- Family‑run dental practice
- Mix of private and NHS patients – 7000 UDA contract per site
- 3 fully equipped surgeries with natural lighting throughout
- SOE software, CBCT and iTero scanners on site
