Architectural Technologist
Location:
Bedford
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK's leading architectural practices with studios across the UK. They are on the lookout for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their commercial team based in Bedford.

- Work on commercial projects through all RIBA work stages
- Liaise alongside clients and other members of the teams
- Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit
- Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
- Carry out architectural drawings and specifications and construction documentations
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
- CIAT registered would be desirable
- Proficiency with AutoCAD is essential
- Experience with Revit is advantageous
- Experience writing NBS specifications
- Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Strong technical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driver's license
