A Construction Compliance (CDM & Building Regulation) Consultancy, are now seeking a Senior CDM Principal Designer to be involved in a variety of sporting and entertainment schemes, including Premier league football grounds.
This business take pride in allowing their staff to have genuine autonomy and your portfolio of CDM projects will not be one which overwhelms you.
They have strong client frameworks, across sporting and the entertainment industry, which allows for interesting sit visits! This will suit a Senior CDM Principal Designer who is looking to have a work-life balance, whilst not effecting their exposure to large-scale projects.
The Role
The successful Senior CDM Principal Designer will be involved in leading on limiting major and all CDM related risk during the design stages. The role will require clear communication to ensure handover to Principal Contractor is as effective as possible.
The Person
The Senior CDM Principal Designer suitable for this role will have at least 5 years within a CDM Principal Design / Design Risk Management or Health and Safety role
You will have a NEBOSH Construction or a relevant level 3 equivalent H&S / NEBOSH certificate.
You will have a full membership with IOSH and/or APS (Tech IOSH or IMaPS)
