We are currently working with schools across the Biggleswade, Bedford and surrounding areas of Bedfordshire on a variety of roles from daily cover to potential long term positions. Key Responsibilities:

* Providing engaging and age-appropriate activities to support children’s learning and development.

* Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.

* Building strong relationships with children, parents, and nursery staff.

* Following nursery policies and safeguarding procedures to ensure children’s safety and well-being.

* Observing and recording children’s progress and sharing insights with the nursery team.

Requirements:

* Teaching Assistant experience

* Comfortable across the national UK curriculum

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students
