Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant Looking for flexible work where you can still make a difference?

At Teaching Tomorrow, we work with schools across Bedfordshire, supporting them with their Teaching Assistant needs. We are currently working with schools across the Biggleswade, Bedford and surrounding areas of Bedfordshire on a variety of roles from daily cover to potential long term positions. Key Responsibilities:

* Providing engaging and age-appropriate activities to support children’s learning and development.

* Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.

* Building strong relationships with children, parents, and nursery staff.

* Following nursery policies and safeguarding procedures to ensure children’s safety and well-being.

* Observing and recording children’s progress and sharing insights with the nursery team.

Requirements:

* Teaching Assistant experience

* Comfortable across the national UK curriculum

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students
