• Pay: £90 - £110 per day
• Hours:
  
  8:30 AM - 3:30 PM - Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

  Full-Time Agency Cover with Permanent opportunities available

What you'll be doing as an SEN LSA, you aren't just a classroom assistant, you are a mentor and a guide. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Targeted Support:
  Providing 1:1 and small group intervention for students with diverse needs.
• Overcoming Barriers:
  Helping pupils manage emotional, behavioral, and learning challenges.
• Inclusive Learning:
  Adapting materials and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to ensure no child is left behind.
• Collaboration:
  
  Working hand-in-hand with teachers and SENCOs to create a safe, positive environment.

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in a school setting and supporting SEN pupils is highly desirable.
• Specialist
  
  Skills:
  
  Team Teach training and SEMH (Mental Health) experience are highly desirable.
• Mindset: A dedicated, resilient approach with the ability to de-escalate challenging situations safely.
• Compliance: A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
