Key Responsibilities - SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of SEN
  • Assist in delivering tailored learning plans
  • Support positive behaviour, independence, and confidence
  • Help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
  • Work closely with teachers and other staff to support each child's development
