• An experienced SEN Teaching Assistant, or
• A graduate (Psychology or related field) looking to build hands-on experience
• Passionate about supporting children with additional needs
• Able to commute to Kempston

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of SEN
• Assist in delivering tailored learning plans
• Support positive behaviour, independence, and confidence
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
• Work closely with teachers and other staff to support each child's development

• A patient, caring, and reliable individual
• Experience working with children (SEN experience is desirable but not essential)
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude
• A genuine passion for education and making a difference
