As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support students both in the classroom and through one-to-one and small group interventions, helping them stay engaged and succeed in their learning environment.

• Provide in-class, 1:1, and small group support for students with MLD
• Support students with literacy, numeracy, and structured learning tasks
• Assist teachers in delivering adapted and accessible lessons
• Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
• Build strong, trusting relationships with students
• Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development

• Previous experience working in SEN, particularly with MLD (preferred)
• Experience working with secondary-aged students or young people
• A patient, resilient, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to different learning needs and behaviours
• Reliable and committed
