Teaching Tomorrow is a teaching recruitment agency dedicated to placing passionate and skilled educators in schools across the UK. We are currently seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our team and support schools in the Bedford area and surrounding areas of the county.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage classroom activities, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment for students.

Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and adapting materials for diverse learning needs, including special education.

Foster positive relationships with students, providing support and guidance in their academic and personal development.

Requirements:

Either a teacher qualification, to work as a cover teacher, or degree level cover supervisor with 6 months experience of working in a education setting.

An understanding of the national curriculum.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students.

Enthusiasm for promoting health, and wellbeing among young people.
