Asa Senior3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer ,youarethetechnicalengineofthe

Technical Account Management team .Thisisnotastandard"reactive"3rdlinerole;whileyouwillhandledeep-level escalations,yourprimaryfocusisproactiveinfrastructurehealthandthedeliveryoftechnicalprojects.

Youwillworkcloselywiththe Team Leadtoensureourclients 'infrastructureisalignedwithbestpracticesandmodernstandards. Thisisahands-onrolewhereyouwilldesignandimplementarangeof

Key Responsibilities ofthe Senior3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer :
Infrastructure Projects:

Ownandexecutetechnicalprojectssuchasservermigrations,Microsoft
365tenant-to-tenant migrations,andnetworkrefreshes. Technical Alignment:

Conductregulartechnicalreviewsofclientenvironmentstoidentifyrisks,end-of-life hardware/software,andsecuritygaps. 3rdLineSupport:

Actasaseniorescalationpointforthe Service Desk ,resolvingcomplexissuesacrossvirtualization,storage,andcloudplatforms. Documentation:

Maintain high-qualitytechnicaldocumentationand"Site Files"forclientenvironmentstoensureseamlesssupportacrossthebusiness. Client Advisory:

Support the Team Leadintechnicalmeetingsbyprovidingdata -driveninsightsonsystemperformanceandrequiredupgrades. Experience&

Qualifications:

Minimum
35yearsinatechnicalrole,ideallywithinan

MSPoramulti-siteinternalenvironment. Provenabilitytofollowaprojectplan,meet milestones,andcommunicateprogressclearly. Basedwithinacommutabledistanceof Bedford(forsitevisitsandofficecollaboration). Ideallyholdingrecognisablevendorqualifications

Infrastructure:

Expertknowledgeof Windows Server (2019onward),Active Directory/GPO,and Entra/Microsoft
365/Exchange Online. Virtualisation:

Advancedexperiencewith
