Senior or Principal Planner | Bedford
Our client is a National Town Planning consultancy with offices across the UK. We are looking to onboard a Senior or Principal Planner to our successful planning team. Our client is ideally looking for Chartered Town Planners with good experience in a variety of projects and taking a lead role. This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of an excellent planning consultancy.
Responsibilities- Managing a wide and diverse range of client instructions
- Engage in business development through bid preparation and networking with existing and proposed clients
- Mentoring junior staff members
- Undertaking site development appraisals and planning assessments
- MRTPI qualification (or actively working towards accreditation)
- Town Planning experience
- Excellent communication skills
- A full UK drivers licence
The salary for this role will be negotiable depending on level of experience. Salary range: £30-45k.
