• Develop, test, and optimise bespoke engineered systems and manufacturing products into precise manufacturing specifications.
• Create accurate and bespoke technical solutions in collaboration with designers and internal teams.
• Contribute to the delivery of complex, project‑specific engineered solutions.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure designs are fully manufacturable and practical.
• Demonstrate excellent technical drawing and detailing capability.

• Experience in manufacturing design environments.
• Proficiency in CAD and other CNC programming packages.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.
• Experience as a CAD Technician, CAD Designer, Technical Designer, Design Engineer, Draughtsperson, CNC Programmer, CNC Machinist, CAM Programmer, Manufacturing Engineer, Production Engineer, Tooling Engineer, or Mechanical Designer with structural or manufacturing-based design experience is welcomed.
