Shifts:
5am-1pm, 9am-5pm, 15:30-23:30 (rotating) Pay: £25.00 - £27.50 per hour (Umbrella) / £19.19 - £23.00 PAYE
Contract:
3 months initially, with potential to extend
The Role:
You'll carry out mechanical maintenance, repairs, and fault-finding across a range of plant and equipment to ensure minimal disruption and high performance.
Key Duties:
Planned and reactive mechanical maintenance Working on pumps, motors, valves, pipework and HVAC systems Diagnosing and repairing faults Supporting minor installations and upgrades Reviewing and improving maintenance schedules Ensuring all work is compliant and safe Supporting subcontractors and completing documentation
What We're Looking For:
Mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent) Background in FM, building services, or similar environments Strong mechanical maintenance and fault-finding experience Organised, reliable and able to work independently Flexible to work rotating shifts Hays EA is a trading division of Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited and acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
