Technical Sales Support Engineer

An established manufacturer of high‑speed special purpose machinery serving leading global, blue‑chip companies is seeking a technically skilled, mechanically biased engineer with previous service, maintenance and/or commissioning experience of motion production machines with complex mechanical moving parts. The role provides customer technical support and increases after‑sales opportunities.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the global customer base, providing remote diagnostic technical service support efficiently and professionally.
• Maximise after‑sales service opportunities and develop new business leads throughout the customer base.
• Promote sales of maintenance contracts, training masterclasses, machine refurbishments and replacements for new machines.
• Support the team of service engineers who travel extensively internationally, reviewing service reports to identify and suggest sales opportunities.

• Strong engineering background with a mechanical bias and electrical knowledge.
• Proven track record of excellent customer service and client relationship management.
• Commercial focus and experience working with special purpose machinery.
• Previous service, maintenance or commissioning experience of motion production machines with complex mechanical moving parts.
