Air Traffic Control Officer

We are seeking an Air Traffic Control Officer to serve as an integral part of the tower team, ensuring safe and efficient operations at Cranfield Airport.

• Provide Air Traffic Services in accordance with regulation as an integral part of the tower team.
• Coordinate and deploy support staff and operators across the business.
• Associate with the Aerodrome Authority on operational matters.
• Support the SATCO and Airport Manager to ensure smooth airport operations.

• Air Traffic Control Officer’s Licence with ADI rating.
• ICAO Level 4 English and a CAA Class 3 medical.
• Demonstrated flexibility, resilience, and strong communication skills.
• Desirable: APP and APS ratings, OJTI and assessor endorsements, Met Observer’s qualification, operational experience in a Class G environment, or project experience.

Successful applicants must undergo a DBS Criminal Record check and provide a significant work reference history.
