Job Overview

In branch you will provide face‑to‑face support, handle everyday banking tasks and help customers through important moments such as bereavement, fraud resolution or building confidence with digital banking. You will offer reassurance, guidance and practical support, promote digital services and help customers use online and mobile banking independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with everyday banking and important matters.
  • Promote and support digital services.
  • Educate customers on online and mobile banking.
  • Recognise opportunities to connect customers with suitable products and services.
  • Provide calm, adaptable, and empathetic service under pressure.
Qualities and Experience
  • Minimum 12 months of customer‑service experience.
  • Honest and genuine, caring about helping people with their finances.
  • Ability to quickly build relationships and deliver a fantastic experience.
  • Empathy, integrity and attentiveness when resolving queries.
  • Team player who collaborates closely with colleagues.
Career Development

After a minimum of 12 months you may progress to supporting customers by phone, online or through web chat, video or social media. Opportunities across Digital, Operations, Fraud, Financial Planning and leadership roles are available.
