Paraplanner Team Leader

This Paraplanner Team Leader job is a rare opportunity for an experienced paraplanner to step into a leadership role where technical expertise and strategic input genuinely matter. In this Paraplanner Team Leader role, you will oversee a team of less experienced paraplanners, acting as a technical reference point while improving consistency, standards and workflows. You will also be heavily involved in the ongoing maintenance of the firm’s Central Investment Proposition and sit on the investment committee, contributing to investment governance and decision making. Paraplanner Team Leader Requirements
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning is essential
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection and estate planning is essential
• Previous experience as a senior or technical paraplanner is essential
• Experience leading or mentoring paraplanners is desirable
