ResponsibilitiesAs a Personal Advisor you will work with Care Experienced young people age 18 to 25 years in a statutory capacity, supporting them to successfully transition to adulthood. The work will include working with separated and migrant young people so an interest and knowledge in this area of work would be beneficial.
Pathway Planning enables this work to progress with young people, their families and/or carers to ensure they achieve their aspirations in all aspects of their lives.
You will also undertake Duty alongside team colleagues. You will receive induction and regular supervision, as well as regular training linked to your annual Personal Progress Discussion.
You will need a full driving licence and access to a car.
