We’re recruiting a Clinical Lead – Complex Care (Learning Disabilities) to join one of the UK’s leading complex care providers, delivering high-quality, person-centred care across services in Bedfordshire.

This is a stable, Monday–Friday leadership role (no shifts or weekends), supporting services in and around Stagsden, Bridge End, Biddenham and Bromham. The Clinical Lead – Complex Care (Learning Disabilities) role is suitable for candidates living within a 30–40 minute commute.

The Role As Clinical Lead – Complex Care (Learning Disabilities), you will provide hands-on clinical and operational leadership across complex care services, supporting individuals with learning disabilities including Autism and Cerebral Palsy.

You will:

Lead and manage a team of 20–30 staff
Provide strong clinical oversight and governance
Ensure care delivery meets CQC standards and best practice
Oversee care planning, audits, and risk assessments
Work closely with MDTs, families, and internal stakeholders

Essential Requirements
Registered Nurse (RNLD or RGN) with valid NMC registration
Strong management experience is essential
Extensive experience supporting people with learning disabilities
Background in complex care, community, or residential settings
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
