Step into a rewarding night nurse role at a small, welcoming care home. You’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care for a small number of residents in a home-from-home environment. This position is perfect for an experienced RGN who enjoys working independently and taking ownership of care during night shifts.

This role is not suitable for newly qualified nurses.
Applicants must have post-qualification experience and be confident working nights in a care setting.

• Pay: £21 per hour
• Hours: Night Shifts, 36 hours per week
• Contract: 9-month fixed-term
• Setting: Nursing Home – Older Adults

• Work nights in a home with a small number of residents

• Join a service with a Good CQC rating and established care standards.

• Active NMC registration (RGN).
• Post-qualification nursing experience.
• Experience with in a nursing home setting.
• Confidence working independently on night shifts.

• Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care overnight.
• Act as the senior clinical presence on shift.
• Monitor residents’ health and respond to clinical changes.
• Administer medication and maintain accurate documentation.
• Work collaboratively to maintain a calm, settled night environment.
