Are you an experienced nurse with a passion for clinical leadership and delivering exceptional care? We're looking for a confident and capable Clinical Deputy Manager to join our dedicated team in a well-established care home. This is an ideal opportunity for a Clinical Lead or Deputy Nurse Manager ready to take the next step in their career.

As Clinical Deputy, you  work alongside the Home Manager to lead and support a committed team of nurses and carers. Your focus will be on maintaining the highest clinical standards, driving compliance, and ensuring safe, person-centred care across the home. With your clinical expertise and leadership skills, you  also play a key part in mentoring staff, auditing practices, and overseeing day-to-day operations.

• NMC Registered Nurse
• Previous experience as a Clinical Lead or Deputy in a care home setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Sound knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance
• Confident in wound care, medication management, and health assessments
• Organised, proactive, and IT literate
• A natural mentor with a passion for developing others
• Reliable and flexible with the ability to support across multiple sites
