We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to support a baby boy in his family home. He has complex medical needs and requires calm, attentive care throughout the night. Your role will be essential in ensuring his safety, comfort, and wellbeing at all times.

As a night care team member, you will provide high-quality clinical and specialist support, including tracheostomy care, NG feeding, safe moving and handling, and personal care. You will help maintain his sleep and settling routines, offering reassurance and age-appropriate interaction.

We are seeking carers who are patient, observant, and confident in delivering both clinical and nurturing care. You should be calm, attentive, and able to respond promptly to changes in his condition, while remaining committed to high-quality, person-centred support.

Please note:

Our client has the right to request either female or male staff. Our client has specifically requested female care staff.

• 3 months’ care experience
• Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
• Clear communication skills
• Comfortable with dogs
