Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 3-bed children’s home supporting young people with learning disabilities, autism, trauma, and complex needs.

This is a stable, well-established service with a strong team and clear focus on high-quality, child-centred care.

The Role

* Lead day-to-day operations of the home

* Ensure full Ofsted compliance and safeguarding standards

* Manage staff, rotas, and budgets

* Promote a trauma-informed, therapeutic culture

* Build strong relationships with families and professionals

* Drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes

Requirements

* Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in a children’s residential setting

* Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and Quality Standards

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)

* Experience supporting children with complex needs

* Enhanced DBS (required)
