Registered Manager - Adult Supported Living

Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for a fresh challenge? We're working with a fantastic, well-established care provider seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Manager to lead adult supported living services in Bedford.

• Experience as a Registered Manager or strong Deputy Manager in adult supported living or similar
• A passion for high standards and delivering outstanding care
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
• NVQ Level 5 (or working towards) in Health & Social Care or equivalent
• Good knowledge of CQC standards and compliance

• Oversee day-to-day operations of supported living services
• Lead, manage and develop staff teams
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
• Build positive relationships with service users, families and stakeholders
• Drive quality improvement and person-centred support planning
