We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 3-bed children's home supporting young people with learning disabilities, autism, trauma, and complex needs.

This is a stable, well-established service with a strong team and clear focus on high-quality, child‑centred care.

• Lead day-to-day operations of the home
• Ensure full Ofsted compliance and safeguarding standards
• Manage staff, rotas, and budgets
• Promote a trauma-informed, therapeutic culture
• Build strong relationships with families and professionals
• Drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes

• Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in a children's residential setting
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and Quality Standards
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
• Experience supporting children with complex needs
• Enhanced DBS (required)
