What You'll Be Doing

As a Care Assistant you'll help clients live safely comfortably and independently in their own homes by following personalised care plans.

  • Personal care (washing, bathing, dressing, toileting, continence care)
  • Medication support and assistance
  • Meal preparation and help with eating & drinking
  • Shopping and everyday practical tasks
  • Light household duties (laundry, tidying, cleaning, changing beds)
  • Supporting mobility and use of aids and equipment
  • Providing companionship, reassurance and emotional support
Qualifications

No experience, no problem! We provide full paid training all you need is compassion, reliability and the drive to make a real difference.

  • Genuine compassion and respect for others
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • A positive can-do attitude (superhero energy encouraged!)
