Active Care Group in Bedford is recruiting a Team Leader for Park House on a fixed term 12-month contract, full-time hours on a rota basis, including every other weekend. Salary is £29,922.65 FTE per annum (pro rata).
You will lead operations, manage rosters, oversee medication, ensure QHSE compliance, supervise staff and coordinate care planning for residents with complex needs. Enhanced DBS required; NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards is preferred.
