Care Assistant – Guaranteed Hours

Your role as a Care Assistant You’ll support clients to remain independent, comfortable, and confident in their own homes.
Your day-to-day may include:
 
Supporting with personal care such as washing, dressing, and grooming
Assisting with medication and daily health routines
Preparing meals and helping with light household tasks
Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional reassurance
Encouraging independence and confidence in daily life
Supporting clients with hobbies, activities, and outings
Helping maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
Observing changes in wellbeing and communicating updates to the team  Every visit lasts at least one hour—so you have the time to provide care with patience, dignity, and genuine connection.
