Recruitment Resourcer (Part Time) Castleford, West Yorkshire Basic to £28,000  commission 4 days per week An experienced recruitment resourcer is sought by a well-regarded temp and perm consultancy in Castleford. This is a part-time role, four days per week, with a basic salary up to £28,000 plus commission for the four days. It is a key, autonomous position within the team, covering the full resourcing process from taking vacancies through to sourcing, screening and client liaison.

• Taking vacancies from existing clients and fact-finding to ensure all requirements are met.
• Advertising roles and updating social media.
• Sourcing, screening and selecting suitable applicants for positions across the region, giving the best candidate experience possible.
• Speaking to existing clients to support their recruitment needs.
• Acting as a point of reference and support for job seekers.
• CV writing and recruitment administration.
