Wixams Retirement Village,part of the Extra Care Charitable Trust, are currently recruiting a Relief Housekeeper.

This is an exciting time to be joining Lovat Fields and be part of a supportive team in a luxury retirement village based in Bedford.

As a Relief Housekeeper, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:

Spring (sparkle) cleaning of resident apartments
Using cleaning machinery (e.g., industrial vacuum cleaners and floor cleaning equipment)
Flexible, enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
Being on your feet for long periods of time
At times lifting loads of up to 25 pounds
Youwill also be required to undertake control of the stock of cleaning materials and ensure they are kept in locked cupboards, ordering of supplies and maintaining stock levels will also be required
