Position: Registered Manager (Permanent)

The Registered Home Manager will:

- Lead the turn around of the home from RI to Good.
- Ensure compliance with CQC and all regulatory requirements.
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate the needs of residents.
- Manage and supervise the nursing and care team to maintain high standards.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures.

About You

- Experience in a nursing home is essential
- Not essential to be a Nurse but it is desirable.
- Hold an NVQ Level 5.
- Be forward-thinking, dynamic, and ready for a challenge.

- Experience with electronic care systems
