Commercial Director - Eastern Region

A rapidly expanding main contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead its Eastern Region. The business has demonstrated exceptional growth with a strong, secure order book and a diverse portfolio including commercial offices, hospitality, hotels, student accommodation, residential, new build and major refurbishment projects. They continue to deliver schemes up to £50m. The wider group is on track for £200m turnover, supported by sustainable expansion and a robust leadership structure.

• Full commercial leadership for the Eastern Region
• Budgeting, forecasting and board-level reporting
• Leadership and development of the commercial team
• Overseeing developments and director-led schemes
• Strengthening client and supply chain relationships
• Supporting business development and market strategy
• Ensuring commercial governance and risk management

Ideal for a Managing Quantity Surveyor ready to step up or a Commercial Manager seeking full regional ownership. You will be commercially sharp, confident, hands-on, influential with operational teams, market aware, ambitious and able to drive growth.
