• Act as the CQC Registered Manager for the service
• Full accountability for service quality and regulatory compliance
• Lead the branch to achieve and maintain an Outstanding CQC rating
• Strategic planning and business development
• Manage all aspects of the branch including P&L responsibility
• Ensure robust governance, audit and quality systems
• Lead on safeguarding and serious incident management
• Represent the company with external stakeholders
• Develop and implement policies and procedures
• Lead the senior management team

Bedford, MK40 1PE

Hours
Full‑time, typically Monday to Friday. Flexibility required including some evening/weekend as needed. On‑call responsibility.
