We’re recruiting a passionate and experienced Community Care Lead / Service Manager to join a growing Complex Care service in Bedford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader to oversee high-quality, person-centred care and support individuals with complex needs within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee the day-to-day delivery of complex care services in the community
-Lead, support, and develop care teams to deliver outstanding care
-Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
-Conduct assessments, care reviews, and quality monitoring
-Build strong relationships with clients, families, commissioners, and healthcare professionals
-Drive continuous improvement and high standards across the service

Ideal Candidate:
-Experience in a Service Manager, Community Care Lead, or similar role within Complex Care
-Strong understanding of CQC standards and clinical governance
-Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
-Passionate about delivering safe, person-centred care
-NVQ Level 3 or 5 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
