Full time Career Makers are recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to join a well-established specialist provider supporting autistic young people with complex needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for an inspiring leader to manage and develop a dedicated care team, ensuring high standards of care and support are delivered. Youll play a key role in promoting the wellbeing, development and independence of the young people supported.

Line manage, coach and mentor a team of Autism Practitioners Support the recruitment and induction of new team members Manage staff attendance, sickness and other absences Monitor staff performance through regular check-ins and reviews Support the implementation of autism-friendly strategies Provide personal care in line with individual support plans Requirements as a Team Manager:
