Wells & Co, located on the outskirts of Bedford, is seeking a Brewery Operative to maintain safety, quality, and smooth production in our craft brewery. You will work under the Brewery Team Lead, operate packaging, processing, brewhouse and cellars, follow SOPs, and keep accurate records.
With 1+ year in brewing or manufacturing, you will apply 5S standards, support maintenance, assist with QC/QA, and participate in daily production meetings.
