TXM Recruit is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for our defence manufacturing client in Bedfordshire, focusing on electrical harnesses and cable assemblies. You will lead manufacturing engineering activities, ensuring design-for-manufacture practices, and support NPI from prototype to full production.
You'll collaborate with Design, Production and Quality teams to improve manufacturability, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
