Production Supervisor

Red Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Production Supervisor on behalf of a leading manufacturing and engineering company based in Redditch. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manufacturing Team Leader or Supervisor to join a growing business.

The Role You'll be responsible for leading a team operators within a busy production environment, ensuring production targets, quality standards and safety requirements are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities Supervising and motivating production teams Delivering output, quality and OEE targets Coordinating tool changes and production schedules Driving continuous improvement initiatives including 5S and SMED Ensuring compliance with health & safety and quality standards Managing performance, training and development within your team The Candidate Previous supervisory experience within manufacturing, machining or production.
