Available We are currently recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing manufacturing company based in Bromsgrove for experienced Fibreglass Laminators to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced GRP professional looking for a stable, permanent position with a growing business.
The Role As a Fibreglass Laminator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality GRP/fibreglass components using established manufacturing processes. Your duties will include:
Brush gel coating Wet hand layup laminating Working with GRP/fibreglass materials Preparing moulds and materials Ensuring finished products meet required quality standards Following health and safety procedures Maintaining a clean and safe working environment About You The successful candidate will have:
At least 2 years' experience in fibreglass laminating Proven experience within the GRP/fibreglass industry Hands-on experience with brush gel coating Experience using the wet hand layup process Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work A reliable and hardworking attitude The ability to work effectively as part of a team What's on Offer £14.50 £ 15.50 per hour Full-time, permanent employment Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:30pm Overtime opportunities Flexitime may be available Company pension On-site parking Opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company If you are an experienced Fibreglass Laminator with GRP industry experience and are looking for your next permanent opportunity in Bromsgrove, we'd love to hear from you.

INDWOR Use welding equipment and fabrication techniques to reinforce or repair components as needed Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or carts to transport materials safely within the facility Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with experience handling hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment Familiarity with fabrication processes and assembly techniques in a manufacturing or warehouse setting Basic math skills for measuring, mixing materials, and quality control checks Previous warehouse experience or construction painting background is advantageous Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow detailed instructions accurately Strong attention to detail combined with good manual dexterity Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment INDWOR
