Days or Nights Full Training Provided We are currently recruiting for reliable and experienced Machine Operators / Production Operatives to join our manufacturing team in Flitwick, MK45 . Previous experience in a manufacturing, machine operating or factory environment is essential . Full training will be provided on the machinery and production processes. Day Shift 8:00am to 8:00pm The day shift operates on a rotating pattern:
Week 1:
Wednesday & Thursday Week 2:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday The pattern then repeats. Pay: £12.71 per hour basic rate £15.25 per hour when all scheduled shifts are attended Night Shift 8:00pm to 8:00am The night shift operates:
Tuesday to Friday 8:00pm to 8:00am Pay: £12.95 per hour basic rate £15.80 per hour when all scheduled shifts are attended

Key Responsibilities Your duties will include:
Operating machinery and ensuring it is running correctly Monitoring machinery and reporting any faults or issues Packing finished products Labelling products accurately Sealing products ready for dispatch Preparing products for dispatch Checking products meet the required quality standards Following production and health & safety procedures Keeping your workstation clean and organised Cleaning as you go throughout the shift Carrying out general cleaning duties when there is no production work to complete Working efficiently as part of a team to meet production requirements About You The successful candidate will have:
Previous manufacturing, machine operating or factory experience essential Good attention to detail A reliable and hardworking attitude Good timekeeping and attendance The ability to follow instructions and procedures The ability to work independently and as part of a team A commitment to health, safety and quality The flexibility to work the advertised 12-hour shift pattern
