Despatch Operative

Our client is currently recruiting for Despatch Operatives to join their well-established team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment, supporting the efficient running of the despatch department. The available shift is Monday to Friday, 6:00pm 3:00am .

Key Responsibilities Stack, rotate, and carry out stock checks within chilled storage areas Select and prepare stock for customer orders and transfer goods to the despatch bay Complete and process relevant despatch documentation Scan all crates and pallets accurately prior to despatch Verify pallet quantities and ensure the correct destination is recorded Support other departments when required Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health & safety, and hygiene at all times

The Ideal Candidate Comfortable working in a physical and chilled environment Positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Able to work independently and as part of a team Flexible with working hours to meet customer and business demands Counterbalance Forklift experience is desirable, although training can be provided This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to build a career within the food production and logistics industry.
