FLT Operator
Location:Bedford, Bedfordshire
Salary:£32,000 per annum
Shift:4 on 4 off, Days and Nights
Job Role:We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Operator to join a well-established and successful manufacturing company based in Bedford. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled FLT Operator looking to join a growing business offering long-term stability, career development and a competitive salary.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:- Previous experience operating a Forklift Truck within a warehouse, manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Valid FLT licence.
- Willingness to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern covering days and nights.
- Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Experience loading and unloading vehicles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Operating forklift trucks safely and efficiently.
- Moving raw materials, finished goods and stock around the site.
- Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Carrying out daily forklift safety checks.
- Supporting production teams with material movements.
- Maintaining accurate stock records.
- Ensuring warehouse and storage areas remain clean, safe and organised.
- Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Previous experience with stock control systems.
- Experience operating Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Trucks.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- £32,000 annual salary.
- 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
