Precast Concrete Production Operative

Location: Kempston Hardwick

Triangle Recruitment is looking to recruiting a Production Operatives to work for a leading UK-based manufacturer of concrete fencing products in the Bedfrod. We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Production Operative to join our concrete manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role working within a busy production environment, supporting the manufacture of high-quality concrete products while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping.

Working hours are :
Monday to Friday 6:00 till 15:30.No public transport to get to site .

Key Responsibilities
· Operating and supporting concrete production machinery and equipment
· Assisting with the mixing, casting, curing, and finishing of concrete products
· Carrying out manual handling tasks in line with safe systems of work
· Conducting basic quality checks to ensure products meet specification
· Keeping work areas clean, safe, and well organised (5S / housekeeping)
· Following all Health & Safety procedures and site rules at all times
· Working effectively as part of a production team to meet daily output targets What We're Looking For
· Ideally previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or construction or similar environment (concrete experience desirable but not essential)
· Strong awareness of health and safety in an industrial setting
· A good level of physical fitness and ability to carry out manual tasks
· Reliable, punctual, and able to work shifts as required
· Willingness to learn and follow instructions accurately
