Deta is seeking a proactive, highly organised, and creatively driven Marketing Communications Executive to play a key role in delivering multi brand marketing activity across its portfolio of nine electrical brands. This is a dynamic and hands on role that sits at the heart of the Marketing team, supporting the planning and execution of content, campaigns, events, PR activity, and digital communications that elevate each brand’s visibility and commercial success.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will help shape how our brands show up in the market – crafting compelling stories, delivering consistent messaging, and driving engagement across all customer touchpoints. With responsibilities spanning content creation, brand promotion, website management, internal communication and campaign delivery, this position offers an exciting opportunity for a confident communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced, multi‑project environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact.
- Content & Campaign Management: Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives. Create content across multiple digital and offline platforms, including news articles, blogs, emails, flyers and magazine editorials. Manage social media scheduling and monitoring of organic and paid posts to increase followers across all pages and drive engagement.
- Brand Promotion: Ensure consistent messaging, manage social media channels, and increase overall brand awareness.
- Website Management: Manage and update website content across internal and external sites – writing news articles, blogs, product spotlights and case studies while ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand standards. Carry out analytical reporting using data to measure the success of campaigns and optimise future strategies.
- Event & PR Support: Assist with organising or supporting promotional events and launches, ensuring the appropriate collateral and marketing materials are available for each exhibition or breakfast morning. Contribute to advertising and editorial opportunities within relevant trade press, membership associations and partner channels. Liaise with trade magazines to secure space for press releases and editorials.
- Marketing Collateral Creation: Support the creation of brochures, catalogues, flyers, POS, merchandise and other marketing materials.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in a marketing communications or multi‑brand marketing role.
- Experience with in B2B, and preferably in electrical wholesale and retail distribution.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content production skills.
- Confident across digital tools including CMS platforms, social media channels, and email marketing systems.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑project environment with strong time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and understanding of typography, layout, colour and composition.
