The Role

Working alongside experienced care professionals, you will:

* Administer and monitor medications safely and effectively.

* Support residents to maintain dignity, choice and independence.

* Build positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

* Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

* A qualified Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration.

* Passionate about delivering person-centred care.

* Confident in making clinical decisions and managing priorities effectively.

* An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
