The Role
Working alongside experienced care professionals, you will:

* Build positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* A qualified Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration.
* Passionate about delivering person-centred care.
* Confident in making clinical decisions and managing priorities effectively.
* An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* Committed to maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.
