As the Quality Engineering Lead, you will be working alongside a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing. They are always looking to bring on new talents such as yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry.

You will be involved in:

• Own the New Product Introduction (NPI) process for Quality
• Functionally manage the Quality Engineers across both business areas
• Own the Quality Engineering command media (for example non-conformance process, control plans and quarantine) ensuring they are reviewed and updated regularly
• Upskill the team to meet the needs of the projects - identify and deliver training
• Point of contact for Quality Engineering metric corrective actions coming out of reviews
