Part Time Property Manager – TW Perry
Location:
Bedford, United Kingdom.
Hours:
3 full days per week.
- Assist with day-to-day duties of operations of a commercial property portfolio.
- Deal with insurance renewals.
- Prepare and process all sales invoicing / tenant demands.
- Produce tenant arrears reports and contact tenants to chase for payments.
- Ensure the property management system is kept up to date.
- Conduct weekly site inspections.
- Organise the installation of smart meters.
- Handle maintenance requests.
- Onboard new managed properties.
The ideal candidate will have property management experience, be seeking part‑time work, and live locally.
