Role Overview

The Management Opportunities Talent Pool is designed for aspiring leaders who want to be considered for upcoming management vacancies across our stores. Candidates are assessed for a range of management roles as they arise, providing the opportunity to join one of the most recognisable names in global sports fashion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support store leadership with day‑to‑day operations to achieve sales targets and key KPIs.
  • Lead and guide colleagues on the shop floor, allocating tasks, supporting service delivery, and upholding JD standards.
  • Assist with coaching and development, providing real‑time feedback and reinforcing expectations set by store management.
  • Maintain high presentation and operational standards, including product availability, pricing accuracy, visual displays, and store safety.
  • Deliver key operational duties such as cash‑handling support, till checks, delivery processing, stock audits, and opening/closing routines — escalating issues as appropriate.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Previous experience in a retail management or supervisory position, demonstrating readiness for a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop colleagues.
  • Confidence in analysing KPIs and sales data to support commercial decision‑making and shift planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring professional interactions with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven success driving sales performance and contributing to KPI achievement within a retail environment.
