Loss Prevention Officer (Part time)

TJX Maxx Bedford Town seeks a part‑time Loss Prevention Officer to work between Sunday and Saturday.

As a Loss Prevention Officer you will help keep customers, associates and assets safe. You will support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence near the entrance doors, deterring loss on the sales floor and acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.

• Support a positive customer experience within the store by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence at the entrance doors.
• Deterrent loss on the sales floor and act as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
• Work closely with the store team to maintain security of the product and deliver effective conflict resolution when required.
• Remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Demonstrate self‑motivation, resilience, and a natural ability to communicate.

• Experience in a customer‑facing retail role or security guard role is ideal but not essential.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Self‑motivation, resilience and a drive to make a difference.
• Strong communication skills.
